How do you prepare salmon fish?

Whether you grill salmon, bake it, or fry it, it always tastes delicious.

GRILLED SALMON

If you enjoy grilled fish, follow these steps:

In a mixing bowl, combine your favourite dried herbs, black pepper, salt, and spices, as well as lemon juice and a couple of tablespoons of oil. Rub the marinade all over the fish and leave it to marinate for at least an hour. Grill your fish fillets in a grill pan on medium heat for about 7 minutes on each side, then serve with rice and curry.

FRIED SALMON

If you want to enjoy the fried salmon  follow these steps:

Marinate the fish in the following ingredients: ginger, garlic, turmeric, salt, chilli powder, and tamarind paste. Allow for 30 minutes of marinating. In a pan, heat the oil and coat the salmon  steaks with semolina. Fry it in a shallow pan until golden brown and crisp on both sides.

You can serve the fish with any sauce you want.
